Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, pack, and organize merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and shipments.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and safety standards.
- Perform basic quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but not required for all roles).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
