Responsibilities
- Merchandise Processing: Efficiently unload trucks and process incoming stock according to company standards.
- Shelf Organization: Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays throughout the store.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishing items to prevent shortages.
- Store Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Customer Assistance: Provide friendly support to customers locating products within the sales floor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines while on duty.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for all candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and committed to showing up for scheduled shifts.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic counting and price checking.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting errors in inventory or product placement.
