Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Drive sales performance by actively promoting products, offering suggestions, and achieving individual and team targets.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Process customer transactions accurately at the register, including handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and performing regular stock counts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
