Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload and organize merchandise deliveries during early morning shifts
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain stockroom organization
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize high-demand items
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Adhere to company stocking standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to management promptly
- Support store opening procedures by completing final stock checks
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock rotation
