Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers with their needs, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Store Operations: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked. Ensure merchandise displays are appealing and up-to-date.
- Point of Sale: Process transactions accurately at the register using our POS system.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving shipments, inventory counts, and organization of stockrooms.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to achieve sales goals and store objectives.
- Merchandising: Execute visual merchandising directives to ensure the store reflects our brand's standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
