As an Early Morning Stocker, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that our facility is stocked and ready for the day ahead. We pride ourselves on a fast-paced, safety-first environment where your contributions are recognized and valued.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock and merchandise efficiently.
- Shelf Organization: Restock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Product Preparation: Ensure all products are properly tagged, labeled, and priced before being placed on the sales floor.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the stockroom and sales floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Identify damaged or expired products and process returns or disposals according to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail stocking, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Must be comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and excellent time management skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain high accuracy in inventory counts.
