Responsibilities
- Unload and inspect merchandise from delivery trucks, ensuring accuracy upon arrival.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory control processes to prevent shortages.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and stocking goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 3:00 AM - 12:00 PM) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
