As an Early Morning Stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our shelves are stocked and our customers have access to the products they need. We offer a fast-paced environment where your hard work directly contributes to our success.
Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise efficiently on shelves and in the warehouse to ensure maximum visibility and accessibility.
- Unload delivery trucks early in the morning, verifying contents and organizing stock according to established safety and rotation protocols.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing pallets to comply with safety regulations.
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies to the management team promptly to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Assist in setting up displays and promotional areas to attract customers and drive sales.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, attendance, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM) with a strong commitment to punctuality.
- Physical stamina required to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and pricing accuracy.
- Previous experience in retail stocking, warehousing, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Reliable and team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
