Responsibilities
- Unload and stock merchandise from delivery trucks in an efficient and organized manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor and stockroom environment.
- Ensure product displays are clean, appealing, and properly priced.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding lifting and handling of goods.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting shoppers.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (5:00 AM - 9:00 AM).
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for pricing and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
