Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in designated departments before store opening
- Manage inventory rotation using FIFO principles to minimize shrinkage
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment with precision and safety
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain optimal stock levels
- Perform quality checks on incoming shipments for accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and store security procedures
- Generate daily stocking reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume retail stocking or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 6+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability starting as early as 4:00 AM
- Basic math proficiency for inventory reconciliation
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Clean background check and drug screen required
