Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and merchandise merchandise before store opening
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock rotation systems
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow and productivity
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision
- Support visual merchandising directives for product presentation
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and shrink reduction initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or warehouse stocking experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
