Responsibilities
- Receive & Unload: Safely unload delivery trucks and verify incoming stock against shipping documents.
- Stock Organization: Efficiently stock shelves, bins, and storage areas using provided equipment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate provided machinery such as pallet jacks, scanners, and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate stock counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and workplace housekeeping regulations.
- Shift Execution: Perform tasks in a timely manner to meet early morning production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure inventory is placed correctly.
- Basic Literacy: Ability to read packing lists and follow basic instructions.
