Responsibilities
- Restock merchandise on shelves and displays to ensure maximum product availability and organization.
- Organize stockrooms and pallets to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Assist in unloading delivery trucks and verifying incoming shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management immediately.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing before opening.
- Maintain a high standard of safety compliance while handling equipment and heavy loads.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in retail stocking, warehousing, or logistics is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
