Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the early morning hours (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers with accuracy and efficiency
- Rotate products using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods to ensure freshness
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for early shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively
- Must be available Monday through Sunday with early morning start times
- Pass background check and drug screening
