Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and merchandise incoming shipments efficiently
- Organize stock in designated warehouse and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking targets
- Adhere to company safety and merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts (4:00 AM start)
- Basic math and inventory tracking abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
