Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries using provided equipment during early morning hours (4 AM - 10 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas with precision and efficiency
- Operate inventory management systems to track stock levels accurately
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store readiness
- Adhere to safety protocols when handling equipment and merchandise
- Report maintenance needs for provided equipment promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (starting at 4 AM)
- Previous stockroom or retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper equipment assistance
- Basic familiarity with inventory systems or willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Must pass background check and drug screening
