Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise shelves, coolers, and displays before store opening
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and compliance with expiration policies
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking goals and maintain store standards
- Assist with inventory counts and stockroom organization
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Uphold company merchandising guidelines and visual standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM)
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
