Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise incoming shipments in the early morning hours
- Organize and rotate stock according to FIFO standards
- Maintain clean and orderly sales floor and stockroom areas
- Operate inventory management systems and RF scanners
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to 4:00 AM shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stocking
- Previous warehouse/retail experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
