Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas with merchandise according to planograms and schedules
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, ladders) safely and efficiently
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Report maintenance issues with equipment or facilities
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and stock rotation
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid state ID or driver's license required
- Ability to operate scanning devices and basic warehouse equipment
