Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments using provided pallet jacks and dollies
- Stock merchandise accurately across all store departments following schematics
- Operate electric pallet jacks and box balers as needed
- Rotate inventory to ensure proper stock rotation and freshness
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
- Report maintenance issues with equipment immediately to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with provided equipment assistance
- Reliable early morning availability (start times between 3-5 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Comfortable operating industrial equipment with proper training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation (if required)
