Responsibilities
- Unload and stock merchandise efficiently before store opening
- Organize shelves and displays to maximize visual appeal
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking targets
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
- Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts consistently
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and inventory knowledge
- Reliable transportation for early shifts
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication
