Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in stockrooms and sales floors
- Restock shelves, displays, and endcaps according to planograms
- Ensure all products are priced, labeled, and merchandised to company standards
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
- Collaborate with overnight staff to optimize stocking efficiency
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment safely
- Assist with seasonal resets and promotional displays
Qualifications
- Ability to start shifts between 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
