Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments during early morning shifts (4 AM - 11 AM)
- Efficiently stock shelves, displays, and coolers while maintaining FIFO rotation
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store transitions
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Assist with floor recovery and merchandising directives
Qualifications
- Must be available for 4 AM - 11 AM shifts (Monday-Sunday)
- Previous stockroom or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
