Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload and organize incoming merchandise in the early morning shift (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Accurately count and verify inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Rotate stock according to FIFO principles to maintain freshness
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize floor space and product placement
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management software with precision
- Maintain strict safety standards during high-volume stocking operations
- Report inventory discrepancies and supply chain issues to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or warehouse stocking environments
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Early morning availability (4:00 AM start time essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
