Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to planogram guidelines
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shift
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient stock rotation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
- Assist with price tagging and promotional setups as needed
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
