Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks with precision and efficiency
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planograms and company standards
- Ensure all products are rotated using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) methods
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Sweep, mop, and clean work areas to maintain store safety standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflow
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to work site
