Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Restock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms and company standards
- Operate inventory management systems to track stock levels and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in all stocking areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks and meet opening deadlines
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Follow safety protocols for lifting, operating equipment, and handling products
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Basic math skills for inventory management and stocking procedures
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
