Responsibilities
- Unload and process incoming merchandise shipments efficiently
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively
- Conduct basic inventory counts and report discrepancies
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
