Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Inspect and rotate products to ensure freshness and optimal presentation
- Operate inventory management systems to track stock levels accurately
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe working environments in all storage areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to receive and process incoming shipments
- Adhere to company safety protocols and merchandising standards
- Assist with floor resets and promotional displays as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and stocking procedures
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
