Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise delivery trucks before store opening
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Perform routine store cleanliness checks and maintain safe workspaces
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems as needed
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to various St. Louis locations
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
