Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in the warehouse and sales floor
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to company standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and sales floors
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to department supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Early morning availability (shifts typically 4 AM - 12 PM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
