Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas efficiently before store opening
- Rotate merchandise according to FIFO principles to ensure freshness
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain clean, organized sales floors and stockrooms
- Assist with inventory counts and price verification
- Collaborate with overnight team members for seamless operations
- Follow safety protocols at all times during stocking activities
Qualifications
- Ability to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM consistently
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license may be required
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
