Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and mobile payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
- Bag merchandise and maintain organized checkout stations
- Assist with inventory restocking and shelf maintenance
- Operate price scanners and handle returns/exchanges
- Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the sales floor
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
