Responsibilities
- Unload, organize, and stock merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with overnight crew to maintain efficient workflow
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating pallet jacks and lifting equipment
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and display areas
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper shelf arrangement
- Assist with price marking and promotional displays as needed
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual arrival for 4-6 AM shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must pass background check and drug screening
