Responsibilities
- Unload, organize, and stock merchandise overnight (4 AM - 12 PM shift)
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing for morning customers
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in stockroom and sales floor
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Assist with price changes and promotional displays as needed
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
