Responsibilities
- Unload, organize, and merchandise incoming shipments according to company standards
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with precision and efficiency before store opening
- Collaborate with overnight crew to maintain inventory accuracy and store cleanliness
- Rotate stock using FIFO principles to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely
- Conduct preliminary inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Availability to work shifts starting between 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM, including weekends
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and stocking procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Valid driver's license preferred (for potential supply runs)
