Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain inventory accuracy before store opening
- Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment
- Collaborate with overnight teams to optimize inventory flow and merchandising standards
- Conduct quality checks on products and report discrepancies to management
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Support end-of-day inventory reconciliation and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or warehouse stocking environments
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts (typically 4 AM - 12 PM)
- Basic math and inventory management knowledge
