Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise during pre-dawn shifts (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planograms
- Rotate inventory using FEFO (First Expired, First Out) protocols
- Operate pallet jacks and maintain clean, organized stockrooms
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store preparation
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation for early morning hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
