Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in the early morning hours
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper expiration date management
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized sales floor and stockroom areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other stocking equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Report inventory discrepancies and stock levels to department leads
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts (Monday - Saturday)
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team player with positive attitude
