Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stock merchandise in assigned departments overnight
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient workflow
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Prepare store for daily operations by 6:00 AM
- Assist with markdowns and promotional displays
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Basic math and inventory knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
