Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at event entrances, registration desks, and VIP areas
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Coordinate with vendors and event teams for seamless operations
- Handle ticket scanning, credential verification, and attendee assistance
- Set up and break down event equipment and signage
- Report incidents and maintain detailed activity logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in various weather conditions
- Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and outstanding communication skills
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted
