Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of the barista station and customer areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies and retail products
- Adhere to strict health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Contribute to innovative seasonal menu development and promotions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience or equivalent coffee craftsmanship training
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods (pour-over, espresso, French press)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for customer engagement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible availability including weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
