Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-ins and ticket validation at event entrances
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Assist with VIP guest services and hospitality coordination
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise/concessions sales
- Collaborate with venue staff and vendors for cohesive event execution
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Conduct post-event breakdown and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic customer service experience preferred (retail/hospitality)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean background check
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in fast-paced environments
