Responsibilities
- Provide safe, daily walks for dogs of all breeds and sizes, ensuring they receive adequate exercise and attention.
- Clean up waste immediately to maintain a hygienic environment for pets and the community.
- Ensure dogs are securely leashed and under supervision at all times.
- Monitor pet health and behavior during walks, reporting any issues to the owner promptly.
- Administer medication (if applicable) strictly following the owner's instructions.
- Maintain accurate logs of visits, feeding schedules, and any observations.
- Greet clients warmly and maintain professional communication channels.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for animal welfare and a valid driver's license.
- Experience in pet care, dog walking, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Excellent reliability, punctuality, and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to walk for 1-2 hours per visit and lift medium-weight dogs if necessary.
- Must pass a background check.
