Responsibilities
- Walk dogs of various sizes and breeds according to their specific needs and schedules.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of pets at all times during walks and visits.
- Administer medication or special care instructions as provided by pet owners.
- Clean up waste immediately to maintain a clean environment.
- Report any unusual behavior or health issues to the pet owner or management immediately.
- Follow strict safety protocols and route planning to ensure efficient service.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
Qualifications
- A strong love for dogs and a patient, caring nature.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong time management skills to adhere to scheduled walks.
- Basic understanding of pet safety and hygiene practices.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift and handle dogs of moderate weight (up to 50 lbs).
