Responsibilities
- Walk dogs of various breeds and sizes for exercise and bathroom breaks.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of pets during all outings.
- Adhere to specific client instructions regarding feeding schedules, medication, and behavioral quirks.
- Collect and properly dispose of waste in a timely and discreet manner.
- Complete daily check-in logs and report any pet health issues or behavioral concerns to the owner immediately.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company.
- Assist with light pet grooming duties if requested by the owner.
Qualifications
- A genuine love for dogs and a patient, gentle demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and a drug screening.
- Availability to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
