Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously in designated Saint Paul neighborhoods
- Monitor and document pet behavior, health, and activity levels
- Provide fresh water and administer basic care (as per client instructions)
- Maintain strict adherence to leash laws and safety protocols
- Communicate professionally with pet owners via our mobile app
- Clean up waste responsibly and maintain clean equipment
- Adapt walks to individual dog needs (temperament, energy levels, medical requirements)
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if using company vehicle)
- Ability to walk up to 6 dogs simultaneously with control
- Physical stamina to walk 3-5 hours daily in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Exceptional reliability and punctuality
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes (up to 100 lbs)
