Responsibilities
- Take dogs for daily walks, ensuring they receive proper exercise and socialization.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during walks, including leashing and proper identification.
- Clean up waste immediately and dispose of it in accordance with sanitation standards.
- Feed pets according to their specific dietary schedules and provide fresh water.
- Monitor pets for any signs of illness or behavioral issues and report them to the owner immediately.
- Transport pets safely to and from their homes.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and hours worked.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience with dogs, particularly in walking and handling, is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina to walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Enthusiasm for animal welfare and a love for dogs.
