Responsibilities
- Perform daily dog walks, including solo and group walks, adhering to client schedules.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs by monitoring behavior and preventing accidents.
- Keep the immediate walking area clean by promptly removing waste.
- Update clients via the app with photos, updates, and notes after every walk.
- Handle basic dog training commands (sit, stay, come) during walks.
- Report any health issues or behavioral concerns to the management team immediately.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical fitness required to walk 2+ hours per day in various weather conditions.
- Strong sense of punctuality, responsibility, and trustworthiness.
- Must have a genuine love for dogs and a patient demeanor.
