Responsibilities
- Safely leash and walk dogs of all sizes and temperaments in designated neighborhoods
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners via our mobile app
- Administer basic care (fresh water, waste cleanup) during walks
- Maintain accurate visit logs and client communication records
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Build trust-based relationships with pets and their owners
- Participate in weekend and evening walk rotations as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable handling dogs up to 100 lbs
- Ability to walk 3-5 miles daily in varying weather conditions
- Smartphone proficiency for app-based reporting
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Animal First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior pet care experience preferred but not required
